Founded in 1997 by David Parker, a licensed Master Plumber, E.R. Services began as a plumbing company dedicated to the Charlotte community. Over nearly three decades, that commitment to the community has only deepened — expanding into HVAC and generator services to become the full-service home comfort company it is today.

ER Services Heating & Cooling
ER Services Heating and Cooling began as James Brown Air Conditioning in May of 2007. Founders James and Tonya Brown opened the business with over 20 years of experience under each of their belts.
Today, under the E.R. Services umbrella, the HVAC division serves residential and commercial clients throughout the Charlotte metro area, offering air conditioning, heating, heat pumps, air quality systems, and more.
